A memory card will be formatted to the system you format it on. The card will only work with the system it is formatted to, you may or may not get an error when you use a system that is not formatted to. Generally, it doesn't do much but some systems require formatting. Most times it erases all data, and replaces it with formatted files
Because it got corrupt, or you got it wet. or if you have a cheap card you have the lock on.
Its called Momming
Yes, the write protect on a secure digital memory card will still function properly, even after it has been formatted.
You need to download and install the unformat software on your PC. Then connect the memory card you just formatted by accident and start to recovery.Note: chances are not 100% if you continue using the memory card.
My computer got a virus in the third year we had it and all the data was lost so you should be prepared and have some kind of memory card to hold all the data.
You get a 2nd memory card and transfer the data.
lol you can't...
You probably need to format the memory card using your cell phone. Before you put anything on a memory card that is used in a cell phone it has to be formatted so it can be used by the phone. Once it is formatted correctly you can put things onto the card using the folders that the formatting process has created.
Try to format it.
