If it is leaking water, it is bad.
Sorry to say but it's the pump gone bad.
Noisy, leaking from the weep hole on the bottom of the pump, or engine overheating.
The most probable reason was because of a bad water pump or possibly a bad coolant line. But without seeing it, I couldn't tell you.
You will see coolant leaking around the water pump, your car will overheat.
Check the water pump drive shaft. If water is leaking from the hole beneath the drive, it's definitely a bad water pump seal and you can't repair them.

Normally waterpump's have two weep holes that will actually leak water if your pump is about to burn up.
my water pump just went out and i thought that the squealing was my belt but turned out to be my water pump and the fact it was leaking anti-freeze. so yes
is coolant leaking everywhere if not your good if so its bad
In most cases the pump will start leaking coolant out of the weep hole and or you may hear the pump bearing going bad.
