As a general rule of thumb, no. The hymen is a thin membrane, and the walls of the vagina are somewhat flexible. The motion of the vagina during normal movement keeps the edges of the hymen from healing back together.

I'm guessing here that you expected there to be a bit of pain, even perhaps blood, or some sort of difference after your sexual debut and it didn't happen. The truth of the matter is that the existence of the hymen is greatly exaggerated, and a lot of women simply didn't have have one worth mentioning even to start with. Also even if you're one of the few who had a noticeable hymen to begin something simple like using tampons before would have "cleared the road" so that intercourse wouldn't do any further damage. Or maybe you're finding intercourse painful, and believe that the pain is caused by the hymen still being in place? In that case the answer is no. The most common cause for finding intercourse painful is simply tenseness/nervousness, and not being sufficiently aroused. There are a couple of medical reasons why women find intercourse painful, and a very small number are actually so narrow down there that it might require surgery to fix it. That's very rare though, and the huge majority of women are helped by far easier means. You might want to see an ob/gyn doctor about it though.

Some do but it isvery rare, that is if you have already gone through puberty or are curently going through it. Because when you go through puberty the hymen wears and will usually sometimes break on its own.

Can outer course break hymen?

The hymen cannot be broken, it is not made of glass, it can stretch or tear whenever there is penetration - but normally only if penetration is rough or forced. Outercourse thus cannot tear someone's hymen as there's no penetration involved.

How do you brake hymen?

You don't break the hymen. The hymen is tissue that surrounds the opening to the vagina, it can be stretched or torn but not 'broken'. The hymen can be torn as a result of penetration if the penetration is rough or forced.

Can masturabation breaks your hymen?

The hymen does not break, it can stretch or be torn but this would be as a result of vaginal penetration. If you masturbate using internal penetration, such as with fingers or sex toys, then the hymen may tear but usually this will only occur if penetration is rough or forced.

How do you know yo broke your hymen?

The hymen does not break - it can wear away, stretch, or tear. The hymen typically doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening and it is flexible so it can stretch to allow penetration without tearing, although it can tear from penetration especially if the penetration is rough or forced. You know if your hymen is in tact or not simply by looking at your hymen to check for tears.

What are the exercises to break the hymen?

There are no exercises to break the hymen. The hymen cannot be broken but can be torn if penetration is rough or forced, simply exercising is not going to tear the hymen.

Does your cherry pop when you start your period?

No, your cherry does not pop when you start your period. The term 'pop your cherry' refers to when the hymen is torn - the hymen is skin surrounding the vaginal opening, it has nothing to do with menstruation and it can usually only be torn as a result of vaginal penetration. The hymen can be torn when you first have sex, but not usually as the hymen often allows for penetration and only tears if penetration is rough. Menstruation has absolutely nothing at all to do with your hymen, it will not effect your hymen at all.

Can you break your hymen when dancing?

No, you cannot 'break' your hymen when dancing. The hymen is tissue surrounding the vaginal opening, it can be stretched or torn as a result of penetration - but even then as it doesn't cover much of the vaginal opening and is flexible it will normally stretch to accommodate penetration, and only tear if penetration is rough or forced.Dancing cannot tear your hymen, nor can it tear from any other form of exercise. The hymen cannot spontaneously tear, and certainly it wouldn't be more likely to tear than any other vaginal tissues.

Can hymen break in sports girls?

Yes, women can break their own hymen during non-sexual activities.

Does period come right after your hymen is broken?

The hymen has absolutely nothing to do with menstruation. The hymen does not break - it can wear away, stretch, or tear as a result of penetration - typically the hymen will only tear if there is rough or forced penetration. Menstruation is controlled by the reproductive organs, you start to menstruate once you reach a point where the body is mature enough to start ovulating (which occurs two weeks before menstruation).

Is finger penetration in the vagina can cause damage to hymen?

All penetration will rupture the hymen. Usually something the size of an erected penis will rupture the hymen if there is one there it can be ruptured by riding a bike.

Does a gynecologist have to report a broken hymen?

No, a gynecologist does not have to report a 'broken' hymen - why would they need to and who would they report it to? A hymen does not break, but can be torn through any form of vaginal penetration, there is no reason to report this to anyone.
