The basic answer is no. Although their mammary glands are fully functional, males usually do not have the hormones present needed to lactate. However, in very rare cases, the phenomenon of natural human male lactation has been documented.

Also, male lactation can occur due to pharmacological reasons. Anabolic steroid usage is one of the more common causes.
