Can a woman trust her gut instinct that her husband is cheating on her especially if she has been through it before in previous marriages?

I think that a womens gut instinct is usually right. I would definatley check it out to be sure. If your gut is telling you that something is wrong then it probably is. Although if you have been cheated on in the past it could be feelings that were left behind from that. I would not accuse him of anything until you are sure. My Dad cheated on my Mom through their entire marriage which made me very unsure of my husbands behavior. There were at least 5 times that my gut told me he was cheating when in fact he was not. I think I felt that way because of my father. So take some time to think, Is he really acting weird or am I just paraniod from my previous husbands actions. Either way I think it is important for you to figure that out so you can relax and be happy. Your feelings are definatley warrented, but dont make the mistake of accusing him until you have proof. If you do and he is not cheating that will put a huge gap between the two of you. If he is cheating and you dont have proof he will lie his way out of it and then he will be very careful and you wont ever be able to catch him. I hope for your sake he is not cheating.
