Can adults eat baby food

An adult eating baby food is normal and even sometimes necessary. For example, after having dental surgery, TMJ surgery, and other types of surgery such as some abdominal surgeries, as well as having certain intestinal illnesses, some adults have to eat baby food until they have healed enough to be able to go back to their regular diet. And while it may seem odd to the rest of us, there are some adults who do like eating baby food, but that does not make them abnormal.

But it does not harm an adult in any way, because baby food is made with pure, natural ingredients, much as the same foods adults eat but it doesn't have the extra salt, sugar, spices and chemicals that much of the adult food has. Since babies have no teeth and can't chew, it's just plain food that has been cooked and pureed to a smooth, lump-free food. So when you compare the ingredients in baby food to the ingredients in jarred or packaged adult food, it's actually safer and healthier for adults than many of the foods they normally eat. Now, does that mean it tastes better? No, it absolutely does not. It has a bland taste, but since babies aren't used to the taste of salt,sugar, spices, etc. they don't know the difference, so it tastes good to them. But once a baby is old enough to eat adult food (sometimes referred to as "table food") and realize the difference in taste, many of them refuse to eat baby food again because they then prefer the 'good stuff'.

The things people put in BABY FOOD is the things BABIES need,not ADULTS,man!

You can really mess up your body by eating that,because baby food might include some ingredients that only babies can eat to make their bones stronger.Adults already have grown out their bones enough,and the ingredients can cause damage to your body!
