The danger of being an albino is that the skin of an albino has no protection against sunburn, and can burn very easily and very severely if exposed to sunlight.
Well. I had a black guinea pig that had a white baby. It depends on her genetics. Their will probably be at least one white but no one knows exactly what the babies will look like.
you have a 99% chance of the gecko coming out naturally colored. The albino gene for all animals is recessive. That means that both the mother and father would have to have the recessive gene and it would be blind luck for the recessive gene to be passed on by both parents. Best way to have an albino gecko is to breed 2 albino geckos. It is still not 100% that the babies will be albinos.

no there skin is solid white actually. what gives albino animals there distinct pinkish color is that the skin is a little translucent so you can see their muscle tissue through their skin.Megan E. Age 9
i have been trying to figure this out as well... i have a pair one albino one not... they have been together for a long time now. While he does sing to her, there are no babies...I have seen my frogs hugging or spooning one behind another and no babies either.
The animals can get sunburned or diseases and get sick and die from direct sunlight because of their light skin color.
Get krill or bloodworm tablets and break off very small pieces for them to eat.
Yes, my brother had parents and babies. Note: Don not let them outside into direct sunlight and/or heat! They are nocturnal and they will die in sunlight and/or heat!
'Golden' hamster is an alternate name for a Syrian Hamster. Assuming the albino female is too a Syrian Hamster, then yes, they can mate. If it's some variety of dwarf hamster, then no.
It is believed that a true albino can not breed. This is true with any species of animal. Some people believe that all albinos are born sterile. There is no proof that ALL albinos are sterile. Sme albinos have successfully bred.
Most forms of albinism result from the inheritance of recessive genes. I would hazard to say the children would be albino too.
