Yes, my brother had parents and babies. Note: Don not let them outside into direct sunlight and/or heat! They are nocturnal and they will die in sunlight and/or heat!

The simple answer is not much. My guinea pig was pregnant twice, and both times she did pretty well. You can help by making sure that she has a nice warm hut with straw and no drafts. She needs a lot of hay to keep her energy up, and as always make sure she has fresh water. If you have another guinea-pig as well, they can be quite usefull. When the babies have just been born keep the two adults apart, but after a few hours you can let them in together. When one of mine had babies the two adults cared for them together. It's really cute!
