If you mean medical tests for blood count, lipids, etc., it will not affect it directly, although the effects of the alcohol on the body can elicit changes that will make a difference over time. Unless you were really drunk the night before, the 8 hours fast before a test should take care of any effects.
If you mean a test for drugs, it depends on whether or not there is an alcohol panel.
