the military's minimum legal age of conscent is 16. if the state's law is higher,(ie 17) the military sides with the state. if the state's law is lower, (ie 15 or less) the military maintains that 16 is the minimum. even when within the rules set forth by the state and federal constitution as well as the UCMJ, you still need the parent's permission if your fiance is under 18. as a military member who got married to my high-school sweetheart shortly after graduation, i recommend that you wait a while. the feelings may be all there but deployments are a very hard ordeal for young married couples and it's rare for the relationship to last past the first year. also, scientific studies have shown that the part of the brain that is used in reasoning isn't fully developed until after age 18, so to be fair to both of you a slightly longer wait would be most recommended. however, i must say that we've been married four years now and my wife and i are very happy. so do what you must to be happy. as far as the military is concerned it is perfectly legal to get married as long as you get her parent's permission and check your local state laws to be sure it's okay with them.

What does your age have to do with me marrying my girlfriend?
Not sure about the military, but yes, since she is over 16.
None.
If you both have parental permission.
If her parents consent to the marriage, yes.
Not in the US. And in fact, even when you turn 18, there are (currently) very few states where you will be allowed to marry her. Where's the father?
AnswerNo. It would be illegal. But you could if you want to, but make sure no police men or police woman are around.
If you want to wait three years to marry then sure but I wouldn't because you aren't of age
