Do you have a lot of money?

Be smart, call a local pool company or two and get their advice and an estimate. Consult an engineer(structural) to confirm their ideas will work. It is a cheap price for insurance. We have done several of these.

I have dropped a pool 14 inches but not easy

weigh it down with water or whateverelse you can find to throw in there Hummmm, if the pool has popped the pool plumbing may have popped also. Adding water may not work if the pool will not hold water.

Most likely it was a loose chunk of granite that popped off, got under the pad and caused the scratch. It happens.

um, because it 'popped' out of the ground.....

Depends on why it popped up. Was it installed at proper elevation and then popped up, or was it just installed too high and it "might settle"? If you have high ground water table and the pool actually "popped" up, then it will never go back down because soil has displaced the void that occurred under the pool when it popped. In this case, its dig out time. If high ground water is not the case in your area, I may not have the answer.
