It depends where the colonialism was taking place.Generally the strength of colonialism was that they had tools especially for raw material making, they were more clever to the one colonized, they build industries and they offered employment, the one colonized were more inferior to the colonizer especially in Africa where the blacks were inferior to the whites. And there weakness is that they did not know the language of the country they were colonizing.also they faced difficulties to some other chiefs and ancestors.and some of the diseases in Africa made them to run away.

What are the questions asked at interview for ground staff job at airport?

tell me something about yourself, what are you strengths/skills/weaknesses? Where would you like to be in 3 years? 5 years?

Can you perform a SWOT analysis on yourself and do you think it might help you for your next discussion for a promotion or a new job?

Performing a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunitties and Threats analysis can be very helpful for a new job as when your in an interview most of the questions relate to how you analyse yourself. For example a Strengthsquestion. Why do you think your the best candidate for this job? You tell your strengths which are your skills and attributes. Weaknesses. Can you tell us what your weaknesses are? You tell them one of your weaknesses but it has to look positive. Opportunities. Where do you want to be in 5 or 10 years time? You tell them I want to be a manager as if you get that job you have the opportunity to become a manager. welllll for threats I cant think of anything right now. Hopefully what I have said up to now answer you question. I have also added a question on this page which is What is the PESTLE analysis for Marks & Spencer. If you know it can you click and answer it.....thankyou

What to say when your interviewer asks you your strength and weaknesses?

When asked about your strengths, focus on skills or qualities relevant to the job you're applying for. For weaknesses, mention an area you are actively working to improve, such as time management or public speaking, and share steps you've taken to address it, like taking a training course or seeking mentorship. Emphasize your willingness to learn and grow.

Why must you know you strengths and weaknesses?

You should be knowledgeable about your strengths and weaknesses because these will serve as your edge among the other candidates when you're applying for a job. Your interviewer will look at your strengths and weaknesses as his basis for the success of your application. He is also trying to find out in this question how well you do you know yourself. He is trying to find out if you can be an asset for the organization or company and if you really deserve to be a part of it. You should really think of your greatest strength and weaknesses before applying for a job. Be sure that you'll be able to communicate with this effectively. Another tip is not to "down" yourself or say too much negative things in your "weakness" part, be sure to support your answer for your weakness and tell the interviewer that you are eager to change and work with it.

They are pretty much asking "Tell me about your career history."What are your strengths? What your your weaknesses?
