I don't recommend for any person a total vegetarian diet; this type of vegetarianism is not healthy, it is not a diet but a folly and stupid habit. Believe me !
If the person is aware of nutrition and ensuring that they are getting adequate amounts of calcium, iron, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, protein, and so on, then being vegetarian can be a healthy diet at any age.
Planning any kind of diet can be difficult and time consuming. To plan a vegetarian diet you could use your normal recipes and substitute meat and fish with soy products, you could also seek the advice of health care professionals and simply search bookstores for great vegetarian recipe books.
There are many diets that are vegetarian in nature (in that they for the duration of the diet, you abstain from meat), a starting point would be what "type" of vegetarian diet would like to pursue such as a Vegan diet (which means no eggs, etc.) or a traditional vegetarian diet where you simply seek to not eat any meat products but can still eat eggs. From there you can narrow down what foods you would or would not be able to eat for the duration of your diet.
A regular diet is a healthy meal plan that includes a variety of healthy foods from all the food groups. Follow this meal plan if you do not have any health conditions that require a special diet. A healthy meal plan is low in unhealthy fats, salt, and added sugar
You need to be careful when selecting a diet plan. Some diets can be healthy and downright dangerous. There is a website, www.freeonlinedietplan.net that can provide you an overview, but you will want to discuss any diet plan with a doctor before starting.
You can do a search for the many different diets available. consult a doctor before starting any diet plan and ask his/her opinion on which one would be best.
A vegetarian diet plan does not need to include a massive change from a typical menu. Vegetarian foods are essentially the same, minus the meat. Pastas, salads and a variety of traditional Mexican foods are just as good without meat as they are with. Spaghetti sauce with chunky vegetables in place of meatballs is a delicious option. Tacos with a meat substitute or beans is an easy dish to order at any restaurant. The best part about a vegetarian diet plan is the dramatic decrease in daily fat intake. Vegetarians can actually enjoy more of their favorite foods without worrying about blowing their diet.
There is plenty of solid evidence. For example, a study titled, Comparison of Nutritional Quality of the Vegan, Vegetarian, Semi-Vegetarian, Pesco-Vegetarian and Omnivorous Diet was published Mar 24, 2014. It concluded that the vegan died was the most healthy one.

Yes and No. It all really depends on how careful the 15 year old boy is on his vegan diet. If he makes sure to get the right servings of fruits, carbs, veggies, and proteins, as well as vitamins he needs, he should be fine. BUT, if said boy isn't careful about what he eats, and doesn't spend time making sure he's getting needed foods, he probably won't be healthy. Overall, a vegan diet can be just as healthy or even MORE healthy than a regular diet. But just like any person, vegetarian, vegan or not, everyone has to make sure they are eating enough of the foods they need, and getting all the vitamins, proteins, and carbs that EVERYONE needs to be healthy.
