You can't. Google is a search engine and your picture must be on a website or whatnot for it to pick it up.
Look for some information around the image, and look some of it up on Google. You might be able to find some info about the picture. Usually, there isn't too much information about a picture. Also, Google has a search by picture feature on Google images, so you can search that picture and see where else it appears.

If you mean how to upload USING vivitar, Just open the program,select YOUTUBE, sign in, then on the side, double click "Youtube" The small window that pops up will tell you the rest. If you mean upload to the program, open the program>manage images>Videos(on the side)>then simply drag the video from the folder it is in to the the vivitar program.
