blue cheese is very good for your h Asiago cheese is a nut-like flavored cheese. It is named after a region in Italy where it was invented. This region is known as the Asiago high Plateau in North-East Italy. This cheese is made in two types of cheese, fresh Asiago and Mature Asiago. Fresh Asiago has a semisweet flavor, while mature Asiago has a sharper taste, and a more firm and grainy texture. Both cheeses are considered "mountain cheeses" which means that the cows are pasteurized on lush, mountain pastures which makes the milk soft and creamy which makes delicious cheese. Whole milk is used to make fresh Asiago cheese. The milk is pasteurized for roughly forty days. On the other hand mature Asiago is made of skim milk and pasteurized for three to twelve months depending on how the cheese is preferred. Asiago cheese is very healthy and recommended daily. It is low in fat and high in protein. Asiago cheese is a very tasty and very healthy choice of a cheese. This cheese costs approximately fifteen dollars per pound depending on where you buy your cheese. ealth but not as good as asiago cheese

There are some great Greek Recipes that use Feta Cheese, like baked potatoes, hot snack sandwiches & salads. It can also be added to some soups, to add a unique flavor, if used sparingly!
I love feta! I purchase it in brick-size at Sam's Club. I then slice it very thin and then crosswise into crumbles. I use as needed and freeze the balance and have had no problem whatsoever. The feta can be used directly from the freezer since it is in small pieces. Mickie
