The urine might contain the chemicals that may be useful for treating acne, but it is unhygienic to use it for that purpose, as it could result in other skin ailments.

In the morning, your pee is more concentrated and that is when you use a cloth to gently dab acne or acne spots on your face. Do this every day until you skin clears up, and every few days after to keep your acne from resurfacing, and you CAN rid your skin of acne!
