Yes they can if you follow these simple instructions :
1. add a small amount of the chosen fruit or veg into your cats meal
(if your cat doesn't eat the veg or fruit then you will have to stick to an ordinary
meal)
2. slowly add more and more fruit and veg to each meal until that's all it eats
then from time to tome give him/her a treat to say thank you!
