No, first of all ghosts don't exist. when cats suddenly look around looking surprised, it doesn't mean they seen something, its more likely they have heard something, cats don't look directly at where the sound is coming from. there are ALWAYS other explanations, Its never a ghost.
It depends if you believe in ghosts. I believe in ghosts and believe my cat i got from my birthday can see them. One time i was alone in the house with my cat and i went into my bedroom, i had a feeling i should look at my hand so all of a suddenly I did, there was nothing on my bed sharp and all of a sudden i had a great pain in my arm so i looked at it and there was a huge cut that was never there before and it was bleeding. when i went outside the door my cat was there. Next day i went in the bath and there was only the water and me in the bath. all of a sudden my leg started hurting so i looked and there was a cut again with dry blood and that wasn't there when i got in. so i went out and the cat was by the door again. When I'm alone or talking about ghosts she is always there.
