Chocolate in moderation is a healthy dessert choice.
Here are some health fact about chocolate and cocoa drinks.
I Chocolate in all it's forms as well as real white chocolate is a healthy choice as a treat
All forms of chocolate, including white have cocoa butter which contains a heart healthy sterol or fatty acid, known as stearic acid.
In addition both Dark and Milk Chocolate contain stearic acid as well as healthy polyphenols and nutrients known to benefit the body and to influence a positive mind set. Dark Chocolate, however, contains the most nutrients and polyphenols.
dark chocolate is the most healthy(besides a cavity)
not really but strawberries are healthy on the other hand chocolate is not!
It does not qualify as healthy... due to it being a fat/oil.
any chocolate
Chocolate is healthy especially dark chocolate. Too much chocolate isn't healthy because it also contains fat and sugar. Too much of anything is bad for you actually. Even air :O
Chocolate is not good for you. But it take lot of will power to resist the chocolate. (It is most unfortunate that what is tasty is not healthy and what is healthy is not tasty. The only exception is food cooked by your Mom.)
no
Chocolate itself is said to be extremely healthy. The high sugar content found in most chocolate, however, gives chocolate its well-earned reputation for being an unhealthy dessert.
Dark chocolate is healthy for you but if you eat too much, it might not be that good. No! there is no such thing as healthy chocolate unless you buy it from a specialty health food store which contains these types of things but the chocolate wouldn't taste very nice because the reason why chocolate is so appealing to people is because of all the sugars, preservatives and fat that is put into them. so to answer your question, there isn't a healthy type of chocolate.
