no threat of lawmy frist reaction after seeing this question is NO. but giving it a second thougt i might add that it dwpends upon the leagel system which governs u if ut is the common law system which is prevelent in England and other countries which where british colonies. under this system if u r not an acoomplice or afacilitator in the crime no matter how closely u r related ti the convit legal wisks can,t be raised on u. apart law is socity it will have an impact but leagelly u r safe.
