Yes, but it really isn't advisable. Was the meat in a sealed package or open on a plate? Make sure to cook the meat thoroughly all the way through.

I wouldn't. It sounds like you are putting the food through a lot of temperature abuse. If the food itself has been in the temperature danger zone (135°F-40°F) for a total of more than 4 hours, I would not recommend using it.
