well alot of the depends on how often you wear them if its only a few times a week up to a few hours at one time then their is not much harm to you. The really problem is when you start to wearing them every single night then your body will start to get use to them with out you even knowing it cause I am sure you will want to wet them as some point during the night. You will think its fun at first but over a few weeks to months you will really start waking up to a wet diaper without even knowing your doing it. The same thing if you wear them during the day time your body will get use to them and not really be able to hold it for a very long time and your bladder will start emptying itself more often without notice.
