Chlorine is a poisonous, greenish-yellow gas described as having a choking odor. It is a very corrosive, hazardous chemical. From this information you can pretty much infer that you should get that dog checked out. This is not good if he swallowed a large amount. Although, a small amount will not kill your dog, It is just like a human swallowing a little chlorine.
