Do dogs sit and pee

Well, it's kind of disgusting to say, but they do it pretty much the same way we do it, except they go outside, if we're lucky. They just go outside, then, if it's a boy, lift up it's leg and let a stream of pee out. Basically the same with girls, but, they just squat.

No .... dogs sit down to do their business but to wee they stand up and lift 1 leg off the ground!

Dogs pee when you pet them because it may feel relaxing .lets dogs calm down and i guess it pours out of them for a sign of happiness or relief.

Yes they can but they don't jump on chairs and sit on chairs like humans do, it's possible but they usually sit on the ground. (dogs can sit on a dog chair like those dog beanbags.)
