No, mustard can not go bad :) boner=-)
I can't see how.
Like most dry ingredients, baking powder tends to absorb moisture from the air. If it were in a humid location it would become clumped and possibly harden when it absorbed the moisture. The same can happen to flour, cornstarch, cornmeal, and other dry ingredients. That's why it's best to store them in airtight containers an in a dry closet or cupboard away from the area near the kitchen sink.
No, unless mixed, than it needs refrigerated.

Yes, protein as nutrient is a natural compound and unless modified is vulnerable to bacteria.
Powder used for fingerprinting are extremely fine. They work by sticking to the organic materials which are in the suspect's sweat when they touch an object. DO NOT USE ANYTHING MOIST TO WIPE OFF THE POWDER. It will create a kind of paste or tacky paint. Instead, use a dry cloth or dry paper towel to try and collect as much of the powder as possible. After you do that, if you have any kind of handheld vacuum try giving that a shot. Once you are satisfied that you have collected as much powder as possible using dry paper towels/cloths, then you can go ahead and use a damp cloth to wipe off the surface. But remember, do this AFTER you have used dry cloth or towels.
Well last time i checked.. Blockbuster did. But they ran out of that yummiful mustard, my bad;) Now im 99.9% sure that if you go to Mulberry St. then take a left, then a right, then go about two-thousand miles you will hit America's First Dollar Store in Ohio.
