One suggestion to add to the above suggestion. By EATING the egg, you are gaining more protein in your diet, and in doing so such as this, you are eating healthier. Many of us on special diets don't often take in the nutrition we should to maintain our body health to its necessary peak.
So , eating the egg would be more helpful rather than lathering your hair with it.
