well not all people are so sensitive to this exposures and have no affect at all, but yeah some people may feel like their being watched, feel paranoid, or may feel sick from your stomach. I still dont know why some people are not affected by high EMF (electromagnetic feilds) (info from ghost hunters and world encyclopedia)

Bioengineering and other advanced science fields are becoming very prominent in these times.

Torque is developed by, among other things as well, the magnetic attraction or repulsion of two magnetic fields, contributing through rotational leverage to produce a net torque.
because too much water and not enough other nutrients causes the plants to die.
In an electromagnetic wave, the electric and magnetic fields are perpendicular to each other and are in phase.
Electromagnetic waves
It is not very clear what the question means. Light is an electromagnetic field and it can propagate in a vacuum. Propagation of a beam of light is unaffected by any other electromagnetic fields in its path.
electromagnetic radiations are formed due to the disturbances in electric and magnetic fields which are perpendicular to each other.
Electromagnetic radiation - or in other words light!
Electromagnetic wave.
The fields are at right angles to each other and to the direction of the wave.

If a proton is moving through space without any change in its velocity, then its electric and magnetic fields are not interacting with any other electromagnetic fields. There are no other fields present, and about the only place where a proton can move without interference is deep space. There will still be some electromagnetic radiation, even there. And this will have an effect on the protons's fields. There may also be another charged particle or two about as well. In reality, there is no place that is completely free of electromagnetic fields. But if there were, it would be a perfect vacuum with no light or any other electromagnetic radiation moving through it.
Paranormal Activity is based on the amount of electromagnetic fields in a certain area. Like if you were in a room and there was a high count of electromagnetic fields it might be Paranormal activity. Other things can cause a high count of electromagnetic fields though so just because it is there doesn't mean there is Paranormal activity right there right then.
No. Current flow creates electromagnetic fields in space. Electromagnetic fields, in turn, can create current flow in conductors. The electric fields do not directly create magnetic fields, nor do magnetic fields directly create electric fields.
Not really. You could have both an electric field and a magnetic field occupying the same space at the same time but they wouldn't 'make the definition' of electromagnetic until they began to fluxuate in phase at a harmonized frequency.
