Yes, employers can verify grades on your transcripts you have given them. It is very rare that will do this though.
His law school grades were excellent. His undergraduate grades are unknown because he refuses to release his transcripts .
Your high school will submit your transcripts to the colleges and universities when you apply. Final transcripts will also be sent to the colleges.

Yes, your transcripts usually include your grades from school years 9 through 12.

Call or go by IRS Offices. Get a copy (FREE) of your Account Transcripts. These transcripts will let you know if you have balance dues for any of the years you request. I would request the last 10 years account transcripts
E-Verify is an online system used by employers to verify the eligibility of employees to work in the U.S. Employers enter information from an employee's Form I-9 into the E-Verify system, which compares it against government databases to confirm the employee's work authorization. The system provides results within seconds to help employers determine whether an employee is authorized to work.
Transcripts only show the name of the course, your grades and GPA. You can always contact your High School and request a copy.
Employers typically verify employment history by contacting previous employers directly to confirm dates of employment, job titles, and job responsibilities. Some employers may also request W-2 forms or pay stubs as additional proof of employment. Verification processes may vary depending on the company's policies and procedures.
A resume doesn't list grades, but gives experience and jobs. Also listed are organizations you belong to and awards won. Transcripts list grades.

College transcripts are important when trying to get a scholarship, when applying for an internship, when applying for graduate school and many times when applying for a job. People who are going to give you money, a position in graduate school, or a job, want to know how well you will do and your college transcripts will provide this information.
