I started drinking the new Reign energy drink. Over the last three weeks I've probably had 4-6 cans per week. Wasn't experiencing any problems so I thought maybe it was the taurine in the other brands. I also drink the Starbucks caramel frappuccino bottles. Today it's started up again so now I'm thinking it's either the caffeine, or maybe just not drinking enough water is causing the stool to be rough.
At any rate, it only happens for me around the time when I drink energy drinks
