∙ 8y agoRead the label and see if it says it has an expiration date. There have been some complaints about this. The lip balm is organic and has no preventives so it can have signs of mold. It is not wide spread or very common. If you see signs of it, email a picture to the company and they will replace it. The company also says to keep it dry.
