if you over exercise your muscle might over extenuate the next day, it will hurt horribly, or even worst, it could tear
yes it is damaging your eyes and your not exercising out side. but you are exercising your brain to remember the keys and the thing i am telling you, try to remember what i am telling you [betwen the ^'s] after looking at it for 10 secs then look away for 1min and remember it [or try to any way]^ a, k, l, r, n, s, g. did you do it good [if not then bad]

It is easy to lose muscle in your butt. All you have to do is stop exercising every day.
In advisable yes, bad for you? - put it this way, there is salts which you don't need in it if you are not exercising. Put it this way...its no GOOD for you if you don't exercise, and I wouldn't touch it or similar products if I didnt exercise so much! (its horrible!). Sadly it looks like it turning into fashion to drink....(rolleyes)
Why would you think that? Of course not.
Same way you get rid of any other overweight issue - by eating less/ healthier and exercising more.
Don't put it over your head.
If you were a soldier, and were shot with one, it would hurt you badly or kill you. Would that meet the definition of bad in any way?

Eat healthy, exercise. Exercising is vital for a healthy body, as is eating healthier. There isn't any "easy way" to lose pounds.
There is not a way one can make their body grow in height. Height is predetermined by genetics. However, eating good foods and exercising is a good way to ensure you grow in a healthy manner.
Find another way to take away the sorrow. Try cleaning or exercising to get rid of bad news. Eating is good at times but not all the time. I strongly suggest cleaning since it isn't a bad habit.
