In advisable yes, bad for you? - put it this way, there is salts which you don't need in it if you are not exercising. Put it this way...its no GOOD for you if you don't exercise, and I wouldn't touch it or similar products if I didnt exercise so much! (its horrible!). Sadly it looks like it turning into fashion to drink....(rolleyes)
