It is easy to lose muscle in your butt. All you have to do is stop exercising every day.
Surgery would be the only way. If you loose weight it can go away anywhere on the body, no guarantee it would be on the butt. And I assume you mean 60kg (kilograms) and not km (kilometer). Which makes you very tall and thin so you should not loose any weight.

Fat: You can get fat from what you eat but you will get fat everywhere unless you research witch foods will specifically add fat to your breasts and well as butt. Muscle: Looks really good to see a girl with a butt of muscle. The butt muscle is called the "glute" one for each butt obviously. Do things like squats to get a lot of muscle on your butt. You now your butt got bigger when it feels sore... Because you hurt your butt by working out and your body will make it bigger so next time you won't get hurt, there for you must work out harder each time your butt gets sore. Overall, I'd say a little bit of fat on a butt looks okay, but it's not long before too much fat and your butt (and boobs, belly, etc) get wrinkly, which is gross. So, a little fat is nice, but mostly muscle, and do sit ups if you want to flatten your stomach so your butt would stick out better.

the thing is creatine fills the muscle with water hydrating it so it can work better and thus swells, so after coming off creatine you wont actually loose muscle if you keep training and eating right but you will loose water out of your muscle and unfortunately they will slightly shrink.
no idea. all i can tell you is i use to be a gymnast and 8 years later i still have the thick thighs and butt from when it use to be muscle. I don't see how you could make your shoulders smaller because they would mostly be bone, unless it is the muscle you are talking about, but you need the muscle.

You will start to loose muscle before you loose fat. All in all it's a bad idea to stop eating and just exercise. It's way better to eat properly to feed your body combined with exercise. That is the healthiest and most permenant way to loose weight.
