Sadly, there is really no way to cure acne, but you can prevent it. 1. Wash your face at least twice daily with an acne scrub. 2. Try not to eat as much salty and sweet food. 3. Exercise for about an hour every other day. 4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day if you can. 5. Try not to feel/be stressed.

If you want to "kill" acne for the short term, I think lasers and cortisone shot work very well...if you can stand the horrible side-effects. If you want to "kill" acne almost permanently, change your diet... 1. No milk based products. Here's the Harvard study done on this: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15692464 2. No refined foods (sugary sodas, white bread, white rice, etc) 3. Eat more whole foods (whole wheat bread, brown rice, fruits, veggies, etc) Here's the study done on diet and acne relationship: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12472346 4. Eat a good anti-acne supplement to "cover your bases" making sure you control harmful chemicals in your body from erupting into another pimple.
