Yes. I help maintain the gas pumps at a convenience store, and when I get even a small amount of gas on my skin, it breaks out into little red dots, swells, itches, and stings. Assuming the gas has already been washed off, you should run cold water over the rash to sooth it, pat dry, rub on somehydro-cortisone, and possibly cover it if you'd like.
