Not really. They are not supposed to, and if they do they usually have a problem. And if they do all 6 of the babies will not be alive and well.
it takes 3 months & they have 1-6 babies. sometimes they try to have more then this, but I've never known any guinea pigs to survive this(the babies anyway). Trust me we have 34 and have had for 6 years lol.
