Yes it is possible but you might want to check to see if you need freon..Or your air conditioner might need to be recharged... Yes - the specific thing that could cause this is a temperature blend door that is stuck in the heat position. This would cause nice hot air conditioned air.

Its probly your fan not working right check it out okay I seem to be having the same problem. If the fan does not turn on when you turn the AC on then I believe that it is electrical problem.

No you can not bypass the ac pulley but you can by a bypass pulley at the part store for about 40$. I just got one for my 2006 ford taurus the ac pump locked up and burned my belt it can take a while to put on but its worth it if you dont mind not having your ac working.

So far you've done all the right things. Have you considered also having the radiator flushed? Have you replaced the hoses? As the hoses age, they get soft and can collapse when under suction by a properly operating water pump.
