It did for me for sure... I used to be 122 / 81 when I weighed 400lbs... now at 220 it is 90/60. I do suffer dizzy spells when I stand up, my feet and hands get cold now... and obviously without the extra insulation, I am colder...
The weight has only been off for about 3 months, so perhaps it will still level out some, who knows.
