No. Ich is a contagious external parasite that effects fish. If, by chance, ich did get on us, Ich is sensitive to heat and it's aquatic. It would die from either the lack of water, the heat of your morning/night shower/bath or the heat of the day. Human skin would be to thick for it to feed from you anyway. So, as I said, you have nothing to worry about!

I wouldn't think so since ick is a scale sickness and you don't have scales. My fish once had ick (their better now) and I didn't get sick with ick. but maybe you should ask an employee at a pet store.

To treat ick, take the infected fish to a vet or use a home remedy such as salt or heat.
