It depends on the state you are in some states, such Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Georgia and Connecticut - there is no waiting period. However, if you live in Alabama - there is a 60-day waiting period.
You should approach the US embassy for accurate information or just register your marriage with the Cambodia government. The marriage will be recognized by the US government.
your fiance could apply in jail with social services. you just have to fill out some paper work and then they'll contact you with a set date.
From what I have read in a helpful book about obtaining fiance and marriage visas (Fiance and Marriage Visas...by Nolo), you don't have to be apart. You can obtain a fiance visa which allows you to marry in the US within 90 days of entry. After your marriage, you can apply for a greencard and/or citizenship. As I understand it, you can apply in the coutry in which you are married or abroad in your home country, you just can't leave either place during the application process(if already married and wish to apply for a greencard).
no i was 18 and married my husband when he was 16. you just have to have his mom or dads consent
Yes, you could.
A pre-fiance is a term used for a couple in love and have every intention of getting married, but not ready or are too young to get married just yet. For example, my brother is eighteen and his girlfriend is sixteen so they obviously can't get married yet, but she is his pre-fiance as he is hers because they want to get married and can't imagine not getting married.
just kill her: ) Note: Just Kidding :) Be patient and she will be gone(unless your fiance LOVES his mom.....:(
It shouldn't be a problem. I am from England a my girlfriend is lithuanian and she says all you have to do is apply 3 months before you want to travel. If in doubt just contact the English embassy in Lithuania.
well may-b he is just trying to keep you from getting hurt
Tulisa does have a real fiance. His name is Adam and he's a DJ.
From what I understand you can get married then file the I-130 and they would be able to stay. But you would still have to file certain paper work and it is a LONG process. I just married someone that is here illegal and it's alot harder than your situation. I say do it now or ASAP since they are already here legal. There is a great web site called Immigrate2us.net that can help answer ALOT of questions and offer better advice. Worth checking out.
I think he is confused. The cure for this is stop sleeping with him and make him suffer then he will be a better person and he will be faithful to the one he loves. Most likely, he just wants you for sex. And in my opinion, you shouldn't be having sex with him anyway since you arn't married. Most likely, he just wants you for sex.
