No, you can not. Your IP ( Internet Protocal ) goes everywhere in the internet where you go. There is a way to change it, but I will not say. IP's are used for banning, kicking, hacking, etc... There is know way to block your IP from website's and such. - Wiki

It's when the IP address defined in a code in explicite way, for exmaple ip="160.12.12.12". The alternative, is when the IP address got it's value from reading specific interface/other data.

It depends on whatever IP address did you ping.
That IP address is in a block registered by Lucent Technologies. You'd need to contact them if you wanted more specific information.
I assume when you say "Pinging Address" you mean the IP Address? If that's the case, the majority of printers with this capability have a way to print out a Network Configuration Page, the IP Address will be displayed on that page. What type of printer is it?

You should check your router for settings related to this. Most of them have some type of built-in firewall which would enable you to block specific sites or IP ranges.
The only thing that pinging the local loopback adapter on a host will prove is that the TCP/IP stack is installed and operating correctly. It will not diagnose a faulty NIC.

yes, Facebook temporarily blok the IP address.
IP addresses are used to track computers, and to block certain computers from things. Without IP addresses we would not know who is who, also the whole networking would not work.
Successfully pinging the loopback address verifies that TCP/IP is installed and configured correctly on the local client.
