You must change page orientation, from Page Layout - Page Setup (or something similar depending on your version of Word).
If you just want one of several pages to change orientation, you need to separate with a section break to separate the different page orientations.
To change the layout of the slide, you simply go under the "home" tab, and the second group from the left called "slides" has a "layout" button. when you click it, you can choose from different setups.

No, you simply layout the back of the page as you would any other page, then print it on the back of the page. Your master pages should only have one side.

You change landscape and portrait page setup in preview by going to page layout and go down to page orientation.
