Yes you can. Make sure the batterys are hooked together in SERIES and not parallel !!! Be sure the batterys have the correct amount of fluid in each cell to prevent "cooking " a cell.

yes - the batteries must be connected together on series and the charger must be connected to one batterys pos. terminal and the other batterys neg. terminal

When you charge two 6 volt batteries in series is the charger switched to 6 or 12 volt position?

Two six volt batteries in series makes 12 volts so switch the charger to the 12 volt position.

How do you charge12 volt batteries with a 32volt charger?

You cannot do this. If it were a 36 volt charger you could connect three 12 volt batteries in series and charge all 3 at the same time. But this is a 32 volt charger which I have never heard of.

What volt battery charger do you need to buy to charge two 12 volt batteries ran in series?

You would need a 24 volt charger. Connect them in parallel and you can charge them both with a 12 volt charger. Or disconnect them and charge each one separately.

How many AMPS will a 10 AMP 12 volt charger charge a 36 volt three battery in series system with?

A 10 amp charge will only output 10 amps and 12 volts. So, if you want to charge thee 12 volt batteries hooked in series you will have to disconnect the positive cable from each battery and charge then individually. You cannot charge three 12 volt batteries hooked in series. That requires a 36 volt charger.

Can you charge two 12 volt batteries wired in series without disconnecting them with a 12 volt charger?

No, since in series they are 24 volts so you need to charge each one independently with the 12 volt charger. This may be done disconnected or leave them connected and put the charger on the + - of the same battery.

Can you use a 12 volt battery charger to charge two 12 volt batteries that are wired in series that has 24 volts?

No, but you can charge each one individually without separating them from the series loop.

Can I charge 2 eight volt batteries with a 12 volt battery charger?

Can you charge two 8 volt batteries with a 12 volt charger?

No you cannot.

Can you use a 12 Volt Charger on 2 6 Volt Batteries?

You cannot use a 12 volt charger to charge 2.6 volt batteries. The 2.6 volt batteries will become hot, very quickly, and explode.

How do you charge two 12 volt batteries with a 24 volt charger?

The two batteries can be wired in series BUT unless they are identical batteries in an identical state of charge they should be checked regularly to see if one of them is fully charged (the voltage has risen to 14.5 volts).

Can 12 volt charger charge 3 batteries wired in series?

No, if they are wired in series you have 36 volts assuming each battery is a 12 volt battery. They will have to be wired in parallel to output 12 volts. In that case you can charge them with a 12 volt charger but it will take 3 times as long as charging just one 12 volt battery.

Can you use a twelve volt charger on two six volt batteries in series?

Yes you sure can.
