Yes you can, but the USB 3.0 hub will only work at the speed of the USB 2.0 port.
If you will search Yahoo or Google with the term, "4 port wireless hub" you will find one.
For manufacturers, the cost to implement them on a motherboard is only a couple of cents. If you want to add a USB hub to your computer, they can usually be had for under $20.
In theory a single hub of USB can support 127 devices. In practice, this will not actually occur. Most computers do not have enough power to drive that many devices. A reasonable number would be about 20.
You will need to purchase a PCI USB hub. These are typically very cheap (typically under $20). An example product is linked to below.
127
You could purchase a replacement cable at the manufacturer's website: http://www.datelgaming.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=DS%20AR%20-%20USB&click=24&24
You need to get a 20 port Ethernet Switch. (or "link" two 10-port or "link" four 5-port). Then connect each computer to the switch. They can all talk to each other.
For connecting a Bluetooth device, you need to have a Bluetooth dongle. A dongle can be plugged into your USB port which enables Bluetooth connectivity for your PC. You can purchase a dongle from your local computer store from $20 to $50.00
A switch. Each port has a separate path to each of the other ports on the switch. On a hub, all the ports are tied together into 1 single port. Think of a switch as an 4 lane freeway with 8 entrances and exits; a hub is a one lane highway with the same 8 entrances and exits. It can pass data from only one port to another port- switch can connect 4 ports to the other 4 ports (or 8 to 8 or 16 to 16, you get the idea) A switch is quite a bit more complicated AND is generally more expensive: between 20% and 300% more than a hub with the same number of ports BUT it's very useful on a busy network (business especially.)
You will have to purchase a USB card reader. They are very inexpensive and can be bought anyplace that sells computer accessories.
