If there is no built in Bluetooth adapter, then as long as you have a USB port then you can stick a USB bluetooth dongle into your computer's USB port. Then install any necessary drivers and set up your devices.
The speaker has a microUSB port, which I assume is for charging its internal battery. If that is the case any USB AC adapter and a USB to microUSB cable (see image) to connect them should work just fine.
