That's not a big change. Two things to do first...make sure the rims you are using are the proper width for the tires, and mount and install one on the front to make sure there are no "rubbing" issues when you turn the wheel lock to lock. Most reputable tire stores have service information that lists what tire sizes are OK for different vehicles. You can also look in your owner's manual or tire placard on the car to see if this size is listed as OK by the manufacturer.
