I don't think you're taking Adderall for a cold, at least I hope not! Tylenol should not have any interactions with Adderall when taken as indicated.
It is recommended that you do not take adderall while you are using cold medicine. Both adderall and cold medicine are known for raising your blood pressure, so if you are taking both it would be a good idea to monitor your BP.

∙ 15y agoYes, it is quite effective as well. I spent approximately 16 hours enjoying about 100mg of Adderall, and finally decided I want to sleep! I took 5 (I have a tolerance) Tylenol 3's, and within a half an hour I was whisked away to dream land against the will of the Amphetamines.
HOWEVER:
Please do some research and discover the correct dosage for you! Any medicine containing APAP (Acetaminophen) can be quite harmful to your liver and the lining of your stomach and intestines. I would suggest you NEVER exceed 4,000mg (4 grams) of APAP in a day, MAX (for a grown man). Using much less would be a great idea! I also suggest you take it orally because...
Tylenol 3's are nearly useless when snorted. Codeine needs to be metabolized in your liver to become Morphine, yielding the feeling of well being Tylenol 3 is known for! And please be responsible and do not abuse prescription drugs! (or OTC drugs, for that matter) Take them as prescribed! Crushing pharmaceuticals can lead to a sudden rise in blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, sudden death, etc. etc. Use your brain.
