I Believe, Using An Ice Cube Can Make A Pimple Or Bump Smaller Because It Would Be Acting On It Has A "swelling" But You Cant Completely Get Rid Of It Using Ice Cubes. A Way To Help Is Using Clean And Clear Or Proactive But Really All You Have To Do Is Wash Your Face With Soap And Water. But It Sometime Matters The Cause Of Your Acne.... I Hope This Helps
