Almost all information everywhere has some kind of bias. Sometimes the bias is serious and distorts the information, and sometimes it is harmless, but everybody has some kind of bias. And everybody can post on the internet. The internet is a great source of both good information and misinformation - even this very site! So a certain amount of caution is always a good idea.
Researched information can never be biased
Any censorship is necessarily biased no matter who does it.

yes
Propaganda is certainly biased (and tries to actively convert people to the propaganda writer's biased view). Manifests may on occasion be seen by some as biased information - think only of the Communist Manifest - but normally has the meaning of "information to make something clear". If one correct answer is required, choose propaganda.

In the field of innovative internet technology development and internet service providing, women are very active. In fact, several very famous social networking websites were born with the active partnership and assistance of talented women. Women participation in the boards of major internet-based companies is much higher than what is usually thought to be. Internet is neither biased towards women nor is their any other better place where gender distinctions are the least apparent. A few biased males do use internet to devalue the digital worth of women.
