Yes you should. You should eat junk food after a good and healthy meal. And pick healthy junk food. Like popcorn. Ginger Ale isn't that bad either.

Of course its okay, but think before you eat it because some people eat it then keep eating it because it taste good. Not eating junk food is good, but not eating it at all is not good. Im not saying you will die if you dont, im saying it will b good to have some once in a while. But only a little.

There will be no changes in the body harmones or they won't be any harm caused if u don't eat junk food.....Infact if u eat healthy food you will become more strong and fit....there will be no obesity, or any cardio problems etc... Junk food are just cooked for pleasure of tasting something different but to burn those calories ones eaten takes a lot of time....and very difficult..... So do eat junk food very rarely.....ones in blue moon.....but don't make it as a regular food....
